3:30 – Code Kata: What Do Boy Scouts Know About Clean Coding?

code2Every Boy Scout knows that you leave the camp (or the code) in better shape than you found it. In this Kata, we’ll take code that can use some help and make it cleaner. Along the way we’ll touch on the role of tests, small steps, and some object-oriented principles.

Prep for Kata

OS_Circle_Gear-bBe sure to bring your laptop with git installed and your favorite Java IDE. We will be pairing for this exercise, so don’t fret if you don’t have a laptop. 🙂
